Leamington: Christmas set menu’s that won’t break the bank

We love Christmas and as you know, we love eating out! Lots of restaurants offer amazing Christmas menu’s but unfortunately not all of us can afford to spend tons on going somewhere super fancy.

We have found some of what we think are the best value for money, Christmas set menu’s and put together a short list for you!

We have also just published a very similar list for Nottingham which you can find here.

As you may know, this is one of our favourite places to eat! If you want to find out about why we love it so much, you can read our blog post here

Zizzi’s are offering two different 3 course festive menu’s: one for £19.95 one for £25.95 which includes prosecco. The menu’s feature some of Zizzi’s popular, delicious dishes as well as some festive options. Manny and I went here two years ago for New Years Eve and had such a lovely meal! Highly recommend visiting at any time, not just over Christmas!

I know, I know, another Italian chain – sorry!
Prezzo have a really lovely festive menu including some unique dishes such as a ‘Christmas Cracker Calzone’. They are offering 2 courses and a glass of prosecco for £19.95 as well as a more simple, 2 course lunch menu that comes with a glass of prosecco for £14.95!
This isn’t our favourite place to eat but it can be really nice and the menu looks very appealing!

Fancy some less traditional Christmas food? How about Caribbean?! Turtle Bay are doing some great offers: a 3 course lunch menu for £15, an all day 4 course menu for £24, and some festive sharing platters for £9. Unfortunately, there is a catch, for the all day 4 courses and the festive platters it’s minimum 8 people. So not so great if you’re on a Christmassy date, but great if you are planning on eating out with a group of friends!

This unique basement restaurant are offering a 2 course option for £18.50 and 3 courses for £22. The dishes are less traditional, but look amazing! The main courses vary from ‘Moroccan Lamb Tagine Flatbreads’ to ‘Lemon Sole Fillets with Salsa Verde’, yum! This is somewhere we haven’t yet been but are so keen to try out!

The White Horse are offering a three course festive menu for £21.95 and are also doing a separate New Years Eve menu which is more expensive at £29. This is somewhere we haven’t been to either, but have heard good things and their menu looks lovely!

You can see the menu here.

There are lots more lovely menu’s out there, these is just a few that we liked the look of. Let us know if you try any of these out!

In the mean time, follow us on Instagram here to see what we are getting up to!
